While we do provide gloves for demos, for hygienic reasons we encourage clients to have their own wraps and gloves. These can be purchased from us at the following prices:

Gloves

*Provides elasticity thus preventing friction.

Equipment Maintenance
Gloves should be taken out of the bag, folded open and aired out overnight after every training session. They should be sprayed out at least once a week with an anti-bacterial disinfectant. To prevent mould and fungi from developing, avoid storing gloves in closed places (i.e. bags, closets, cupboards).

Wraps also need to be aired out after every training session and washed once a week. To clean wraps, soak in cold water, using oxy-clean (or something compatible), but DO NOT BLEACH, and hang to dry only, as the wraps will lose their elasticity.

Clothing should be soaked immediately following a workout - again soaked in cold water, using oxy-clean (or something compatible). Wear cotton workout gear, as this allows the body to breath and prevents the sweat from absorbing into the clothing.
